Everything about this place was fantastic; country hospitality at its very best, Steve, Anna and Devon bend over backwards to ensure every need is met, from home cooked meals to one on one guided hunts if you like. The turkey hunting here is some of the best I've ever experienced, there was birds galore, we seen over 30 different gobblers while driving around the area and was able to take two birds in two days, in addition to a great turkey population they also have some excellent deer hunting. Both of the properties I turkey hunted on had an abundance of rubs, scrapes and heavy trails. Check out their web site for the pics of the great bucks taken there last season, very impressive.  Border Bucks Outfitters, North Western MO, South Western Iowa. This place is hard to describe with just words, Boarderbucks is comprised of approximately 20,000 heavily managed acres of some of the most awesome looking ground you'll see anywhere, there is an absolute abundance of gobblers on the properties Bill has. In 4 days of hunting, 3 of which were in bad weather we encountered more birds than I can remember, all of the clients we met there were all repeat customers and after being there myself I see why, everyone in camp while I was there either took a bird or had at least one opportunity, Bill works incredibly hard at putting his clients in the very best possible situation to harvest the trophy of choice. The thing about Bill is that he is not just an outfitter, he's also a very accomplished hunter, and he knows exactly what it takes to get on trophy game. Whether it’s a tightlipped old tom or a 160 inch whitetail Bill has hunted them with great success. The lodging and meals were as good as the hunting and if you're looking for a place to hunt trophy bucks Border Bucks is a definite must there is no shortage of animals from the 130s to the 160s there’s even a few 200s that's been taken. Bill is a fantastic host and in my opinion Border Bucks is a 5 star outfit for whatever game you're after.           Mike Voss DZO

I can't say enough about Brandon Routh at Pine Valley Outfitters he made my first bear hunt a tremendous success when he put us on a beautiful 400 pounder. To top it off the log cabin accommodations were great, and the surrounding country was absolutely beautiful. Don't hesitate to call him for a bear, turkey or deer hunt. Or just rent his cabins for a weekend getaway.

I know I speak for all of us that went, by saying that from the time we got there and met Pete and Megan till the time we left we had a great time and felt like we were leaving family.
